    Vietnam Sturgeon Group operates closely with six subsidiaries (Data as of 2011). However, because each is specialized and centrally invested, the member companies engaged in relatively independent business and production with each other. In Da Lat, Vietnam Da Lat Sturgeon Co., Ltd. is specialized on hatching eggs and fish hatchery. Meanwhile, in Binh Thuan, Tam Long Dami JSC focused on commercial production of sturgeon and black caviar ... Thanks to the specialization and the clearly division, each member is capable  to independently operate but still form a tight chain, perfectly match to reach the common goals and mission of the Group.
